DoNowWarmups is an educational platform designed for classroom use by:

• Teachers
• Schools and school districts
• Students in elementary, middle, and high school under the supervision of a teacher or school

Students may access the Service only through:

• A classroom code provided by a teacher, or
• An account created or authorized by a teacher or school

2. Student Eligibility

Students under the age of 13 may use the Service only with authorization from their school or teacher, consistent with applicable law.

The Service is not intended for independent or consumer use by students outside of a school-directed educational context.

3. Accounts and Access

• Teachers manage classrooms and student access.
• Schools and teachers are responsible for the accuracy of student information.
• Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree to:

• Use the Service solely for educational purposes
• Comply with applicable laws and school policies
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by Quackenworth Inc.

Student-created content remains the property of the student and/or the school. The Company does not claim ownership of student work.

6. Suspension or Termination

• Schools or teachers may remove student access at any time.
• The Company may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

7. Data Processing Agreement

If you are a school or school district, the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available on our website is incorporated by reference and forms part of these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
